I also dealt with a malfunctioning ice machine, which was frustrating. Breakfast offerings were adequate, but there wasn’t a lot of variety. Customer service appeared to be lacking at times, with long waits for attention at the front desk. Despite these issues, the size of the room was a positive aspect that made our stay manageable. Overall, with improvements in cleanliness and service, this hotel could be much better.

The staff here really went outta their way to make us feel welcomed just like the young lady at the front desk who was so friendly and attentive even when they had no rooms available to start with and they also gave us a list of nearby restaurants which made things super easy for dinner after a long day and was very helpful especially traveling with my family

Had a great time with my friends! We explored the nearby Ski Ward Ski Area for some downhill skiing and also hit the Westborough Country Club for golfing. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Even though the hotel was busy, they ensured we had what we needed. Highly recommend this spot for those looking for fun and adventure.
